Sofa Returns
Our sofas are sold "as seen", which means they are sold in their current condition. Due to the nature of these items, all sales of sofas are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item was damaged during delivery.
If you receive a sofa with an issue that wasn’t noted at the time of purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@sofabox.co.uk. We will assess the situation and determine if an exception can be made.
What if the Sofa Doesn’t Fit Into My House?
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure all entry points—such as doorways, hallways, staircases, and room dimensions—prior to placing an order to ensure that the sofa will fit into the intended space. Unfortunately, if the sofa does not fit upon delivery, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for this reason.
In such cases, the item will be left safely outside the property at the delivery location. We strongly recommend reviewing our product dimensions and planning your space accordingly before completing your purchase.
